Dental scheduling Coordinator
We are a general, private dental practice located in New Bedford , MA. Our team seeks a well-rounded, motivated, flexible, and responsible, office coordinator one who can fulfill job duties in a timely manner and is eager to care for their patients. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task are of most importance.
As a well-established practice, we are looking for candidates who are self-starters, organized. A consistent positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks as needed are also essential attributes for this position.

The responsibilities of this role include:
- Greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, and check-ins.- Insurance eligibility and verification checks
- Answering phones, faxing, filing, data entry
- Calculating co-payments
- Billing and submitting dental claims-
This position is full time employment to start with depending on candidate's need, experience and attitude.
