Reception/Scheduling Coordinator

Our family orthodontic practice is seeking an energetic, friendly, organized, reliable person to manage our front desk. This role will be primarily in Newton Centre, but will require occasional travel to our other locations in Marlborough & Northborough. You should be someone who is flexible, a team player and you must have personal reliable transportation. We can be flexible with your personal life while creating a set schedule, but once a schedule is set, attendance and timely arrival is crucial to our ability to provide 5-star service to our patients and their families. If your outside life is consistently unpredictable, this will not be a good fit for you.

This role requires a mature person who makes friends easily, is quick to smile and who is innately compelled to get things done! While we enjoy a fun work environment, there is never nothing to do and we need people who are ambitious and eager to help the practice and their teammates. The role includes greeting patients, managing voicemails, calling appointment reminders, scheduling patients, collecting payments, assisting our treatment coordinators and doctors with electronic forms, maintaining a clean and friendly environment for our patients & assuring that all of our visitors are psyched to see you when they come into the office!! You are the first line of FUN and you can leave your work at work at the end of the day!!!

Additionally, the person we seek is a long-term associate. Please do not apply for this job if you are looking for something to do "for now". This position is 25-38 hours/week Monday - Friday (3-4 day work week is possible) varying start/end times between 8:30am-6pm. This is a day job and does require mornings. This job is not suitable for students with day classes or changing schedules. Front-desk experience is a must.
