We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized bilingual (English & Spanish) Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing the appointment schedule and ensuring efficient and effective scheduling for our dental office. The ideal candidate will have experience as a dental receptionist and possess strong administrative skills.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role - Preferred but not required
- Proficient in using scheduling systems (opendental)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental office procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work well in a team environment
