We are HIRING a scheduling and hiring coordinator to meet our growing staffing needs. We are a home care company for seniors seeking someone who can join our winning team and continue to add to our great reputation.
This position is PERFECT for someone who can work well with both clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate must be able to coordinate scheduling and hiring and to assist in our office with answering phones, filing, communicating with both clients and employees and assisting clients when needed. If you have previous office experience and familiarity with home care, we’d like to meet you. Our office is located in Fayetteville and you must be willing to drive to visit our clients in areas surrounding Fayetteville to include Peachtree City, Newnan, Griffin, Hampton, and Fairburn.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for clients and caregivers
- Answer phones and maintain a filing system
- Contact, screen, and hire prospective caregivers
- Coordinate scheduling our clients and caregivers
- Available to work some weekends
- Care for clients as needed
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude and ability to handle high stress schedule
- Must have stable work history
- College degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- CNA or caregiver experience a plus!
- Must have at least 3 years of office experience
