```Duties```
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
- Manage and maintain the scheduling system
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into the system
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling and appointments
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
```Skills```
- Proficiency in Axis Care or similar medical records systems
- Previous experience as a Scheduling Coordinator preferred but willing to train the correct person
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
- Experience with Epic or other electronic medical record systems is a plus
