Scheduling Coordinator

Some of the roles and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:

• Responsible for scheduling & updating New/Existing clients in private care, assisted living and hospice
• Daily/Weekly follow up with new/existing clients for satisfaction of Caregivers
• Handle call outs & tardiness with Caregivers
• Ensure Caregiving staffing is complete each week
• Supervising Caregivers as needed
• Update all staffing information info & changes immediately in eRSP for accuracy
• Make calls & respond to designated clients as needed
• Follow up with problems with Caregivers and clients
• Must be willing to participate in the on-call after hours telephone rotation (includes weekends and holidays) to manage inquiries, emergencies and caregiver call outs

Essential qualifications:

• Pass a Criminal Background clearance
• Pass a Drug Test
• Current Driver’s License
• Current CPR and 1st Aide Certificate
• Current TB Results
• Car Insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Assisted Living: 3 years (Preferred)
• Caregiving: 3 years (Preferred)
• Assisted Living and Private Care Scheduling: 3 years (Preferred)
• Schedule management: 2 years (Required)
• Management: 3 years (Required)
