Some of the roles and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
- Responsible for scheduling & updating New/Existing clients in private care, assisted living and hospice
- Daily/Weekly follow up with new/existing clients for satisfaction of Caregivers
- Handle call outs & tardiness with Caregivers
- Ensure Caregiving staffing is complete each week
- Supervising Caregivers as needed
- Update all staffing information info & changes immediately in eRSP for accuracy
- Make calls & respond to designated clients as needed
- Follow up with problems with Caregivers and clients
- Must be willing to participate in the on-call after hours telephone rotation (includes weekends and holidays) to manage inquiries, emergencies and caregiver call outs
Essential qualifications:
- Pass a Criminal Background clearance
- Pass a Drug Test
- Current Driver’s License
- Current CPR and 1st Aide Certificate
- Current TB Results
- Car Insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- Assisted Living: 3 years (Preferred)
