Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the scheduling system efficiently to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather scheduling requirements and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients/customers to schedule appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Update and maintain scheduling databases and software to reflect changes and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute schedules to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track appointments, ensuring adherence to established schedules and making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with general office tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
