Description of Duties:

The Salesforce Business Analyst will work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for recognizing and analyzing the business purpose and needs, assessing capability gaps, understanding project scope, and identifying all functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, they will host business requirements meetings with the client, assist with User Acceptance testing and assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce functionality.
• Experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government).
• Prior experience with Public Sector Solutions is highly desirable.
• Firm understanding of Salesforce’s best practices.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Have knowledge in the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud.
• Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin as well as Salesforce Business Analyst, are ideal.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on a Salesforce implementation project.
• Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
• Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.

Education:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification.
