Qa Analyst - Salesforce Field Service (Sfs)

BCT is partnering with a client here in Dallas seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to undertake QA and UAT responsibilities for a migration from SAP to Salesforce. This role involves a blend of individual tasks, including reviewing requirements, crafting test cases and scripts, executing tests, verifying results, and managing defects. Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days at home

CONTRACT PAY: Up to $56/hour depending on candidate experience, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years' experience as a QA analyst responsible for quality assurance activities to meet business and customer needs using QA strategies, processes, and methodologies.
• Strong testing skills on SAP applications.
• Strong testing skills on Salesforce Field Service.
• Experience with SFS Mobile is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP applications and Salesforce Field Service.
• Experience working with a QA tool for test case management and defect management.
• Strong knowledge of basic testing concepts.
• Experience with test case design and execution.
• Experience writing, editing, and maintaining test cases, test specifications, and other test related documentation.
• Ability to evaluate written requirements to ensure intended functionality is achieved.
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with all current Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• The ability to work independently on a task and to see it through to conclusion.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information clearly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop comprehensive test specifications based on project requirements.
• Author detailed test cases and scripts to thoroughly assess software functionality.
• Compile and organize appropriate test data sets for effective testing.
• Execute tests meticulously, following predetermined procedures and methodologies.
• Validate and verify test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, from identification to resolution.
• Adhere rigorously to Atmos Energy's QA standards and best practices.
• Generate weekly status reports outlining individual testing progress and findings.
• Perform tasks related to process & procedure refinement, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in meetings to discuss project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Fulfill any other duties as necessary to support the QA process and project objectives.
