Position Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Document and manage requirements, and assist in prioritizing them.
• Facilitate communications between the business side and the technical side.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Salesforce environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Government projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
