Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and system customization
- Implement automation in Salesforce using Flows
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them
- Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
Compensation: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 + Benefits | DOE
