We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to drive revenue growth through the optimization of sales processes and technical infrastructure. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the tools and processes that enable our global sales, partner success and marketplace operations teams to drive more revenue opportunities. Success in this role will require collaboration, a keen eye for detail and a desire to provide process improvements and creative solutions. You will have the opportunity to understand what drives our business while influencing both revenue and customer satisfaction as a part of our Sales Operations Team.
Our Sales Operations team is a strategic partner across our different business lines, spanning a mid-stage merchant marketplace and a growing secondary marketplace. This role is a unique opportunity to gain a broad range of experience, act as a strategic partner, and make a significant impact on our business. In this position, you will work collaboratively within a small team that works alongside our analytics and engineering teams, finance, sales and partner success, and will report directly to the Sales Operations Lead.
What You'll Do:
- Be a first point of contact for all Salesforce questions from our sales, support, and finance teams.
- Build out processes, team training, and infrastructure to support sales lead enrichment, pipeline management, forecasting, and analytics.
- Maintain and manage data quality/integrity of Salesforce data.
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes.
- Partner with different teams including sales, data, product and finance on all operational and analytical requests to maximize revenue.
- Design Salesforce automation and processes keeping in mind building for scale and lean design.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity/efficiency and simplifying processes
Who You Are:

- You are currently authorized to live and work in the USA.
- This role will be based in New York City.
- 3+ years' experience in Sales/Revenue/Finance Operations, with a passion for Salesforce and systems.
- Demonstrable experience with Salesforce and Salesforce integrations (such as Netsuite and Outreach.io) and Salesforce automation tools.
- A track record of understanding complex Salesforce environments and architecture.
- Strong communication skills; can work across multiple stakeholders and functions within the organization to identify operational problems and find solutions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to constantly identify improvements and iterate on existing processes.
Preferred, but not required:
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Experience working in Looker
- Experience at eCommerce companies
- Knowledge of SQL; Experience with Redshift and other languages (e.g. Python) a plus

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$105,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
