What we do:

We have an immediate need to add a Salesforce/CLM Administrator to our New York office. Under the guidance of the Salesforce & CLM Sr. Administrators, this role will contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM applications.

The successful candidate will hopefully obsess over data cleanliness, enjoy working with end users, and focus on attention to detail. In addition, this role will allow you to grow your skills beyond admin tasks, while working with senior members on more complex solutions over time.

What you'll do:

This role will be tasked with ensuring the Salesforce & DocuSign CLM platforms have reliable data, along with insightful analytics. It is not expected to fully own either of these systems, but instead work with our dedicated team members to enhance them. To facilitate this need, you will be responsible for data management, configuration updates, process documentation / improvement and the overall health of the system.

  • Dive into the details when it comes to data. This includes both verifying data and evaluating patterns to improve data quality.
  • This role will be primarily focused on Salesforce build, but is expected to assist with CLM admin functionality.
  • Contribute to enhancing enterprise systems through declarative configuration.
  • Produce analytics that are easy to consume by teams and leadership
  • Troubleshoot, triage and fix issues as they come up.
  • Provide user support, training, and materials to all end users.
  • Integrate with a dynamic team working to enhance operational procedures in an Agile approach.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, supporting 1,500+ users and growing.

Who you are:

  • Two to Five years of experience as an Enterprise system administrator
  • Minimum 1 year as a Salesforce Admin
  • Strong data management skills along with experience such as Salesforce Data Loader.
  • People skills needed to help others use technology in the best possible way.
  • Someone willing to do whatever is needed to help the team be successful.
  • Driven to create innovative solutions and build something that people love to use!
  • Nice-to-have

    • Salesforce Certifications (Ex: Admin 101)
    • Experience with DocuSign CLM, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau
    • MS Office, Advanced MS Excel, Basic MS PowerPoint
    • Experience with Jira as a tool for Scrum based projects
    • Experience in the advertising technology space

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.     At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is

    $57,800—$105,900 USD
