Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst 80-100k Onsite Long Island NYC

Our client, a leading provider of corporate and due diligence services, is in search of a dynamic and entrepreneurial Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our digital expansion efforts by collaborating with the Salesforce development team to optimize Salesforce as our primary organizational platform. Responsibilities will include Salesforce administration, streamlining business processes, and supporting various departments in adopting new functions within Salesforce.

The selected candidate will be instrumental in fulfilling diverse business needs, spanning order fulfillment, marketing, and sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, support, and enhance custom apps within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to drive informed decision-making.

- Handle Salesforce admin tasks, including user management, data loading, and object management.

- Provide user support to internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage and improve client portals for enhanced user experience.

- Contribute to data integrity projects and collaborate with departments to address their needs.

- Liaise with developers, integrators, and third-party providers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem as a certified administrator.

- Proficiency in Salesforce features such as Flows, Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Approval Processes.

- Strong ability to articulate business requirements and document solutions clearly.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent project management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

- Salesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator certifications.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Location:

- This position is based out of our Valley Stream, NY office.

No c2c or 3rd party. Must be US Citizen living in Long Island or willing to commute EVERY DAY for work. No relocation available
