USEReady is seeking an Enterprise Technology Engineer for a great career opportunity in NY City! There are several shared service units that collaborate to build and maintain a variety of products, including information services, marketing services and events, print and digital news publications, newsletters, advertising, intelligence & analysis platforms, reference solutions, and data feeds. The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Enterprise Services within the Global Technology Solutions department (GTS).

Summary:

Seeking a dynamic technology engineer with expertise in Salesforce administration, a solid foundation in accounting and finance business processes, and demonstrated project management experience. Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Accounting and Product leaders to achieve the highest level of service and solution development for the company’s technology platforms. Drive innovative solutions and optimize technology resources for enhanced enterprise performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support for enterprise-level clients, addressing issues related to Salesforce implementation and administration.
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce platform customization, configuration, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Utilize accounting and finance knowledge to assist clients with financial systems and resolving related issues.
• Manage and coordinate projects, applying project management skills to ensure timely and successful implementation of solutions.
• -Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
• Play a key role in identifying emerging technology solutions that align with business needs and operational efficiencies.
• Managing and Troubleshooting multi-system integrations and syncs.
• Assist in developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration, customization, and support.
• Strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to understand and address financial system integrations.
• Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred.
• Must exhibit a positive, cooperative, and friendly attitude, especially under pressure.
