JOB DESCRIPTION

Title of Position:  Salesforce Administrator

Classification:    Exempt / Full-Time

Organizational Relationship:  Reports to Manager, Salesforce Platform

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position includes consolidating requirements from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Development and other supporting departments in the field to configure the system. Proactively gathering process information to seek improvements to usability and functionality will be critical. This position will also gather and analyze data from the system to provide leadership with key information needed to make strategic decisions. This position will play a critical role in implementing new projects to increase usability and visibility across the Vyne enterprise.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure the system to meet business needs by understanding business processes, interpreting change requests and implementing changes.
  • Manage the admin/vendor relationship by coordinating system updates and installation of new software.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data and interpret results to present to leadership.
  • Develop training materials and coordinate training to end-users when system upgrades or new software is implemented.
  • Lead cross-functional team in identifying system improvements, developing requirements and testing.
  • Manage the Sales Operation Team to set expectations, grow skillsets, manage workflow/productivity and foster independence across the team
  • Collaborate frequently with team members to design appropriate solutions and execute projects in a timely manner
  • Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects within set budget
  • Create and maintain project plans inclusive of communication matrix, responsibility matrix, schedule, and budget
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization of requirements
  • Ensure all internal project documentation is created, maintained, and properly saved to appropriate location
  • Participate in the creation and review of all project documentation as it relates to Sales Force
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Master's Degree preferred 
  • Experience in Visualforce, JAVA, HTML, APEX preferred
  • Green Belt or Black Belt training & certification preferred
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and work at the specific location required
