Our Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for the operations and performance of one or more of our marketing products.
About the Role- Create and manage quarterly business plans across a variety of cross-functional partners (Merchandising, Sales, Product, Analytics, etc)
- Deliver against financial, advertiser, and consumer targets
- Test into new ad and promo product opportunities
- Inform the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and partner feedback, and offer go-to-market support on new product and feature launches
- Scope, QA, and execute on advertiser campaigns
- Leverage data to monitor and optimize product performance
- Support sales enablement, including pitch collateral, reporting and benchmarking
- Manage one or more direct reports and high stakes cross-functional relationships
- Build: You’re not afraid to try something new. You enjoy going from 0 to 1 - and can help scale products past proof of concept.
- Balance: You can toggle between the tactical and the strategic based on the task at hand.
- Partner: You love collaborating with other teams. You are able to take feedback and put it into action and can balance multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities.
- Communicate: You have strong communication skills and are able to distill complex messages to multiple audiences.
- You have 8+ years of experience in digital merchandising, consulting, strategy, CPG digital marketing or e-commerce (familiarity with consumer experience/merchandising a plus)
- Proven track record of leading projects, working cross-functionally, and driving growth
- Experience in an environment that is product and/or consumer-focused
- Excellent analytical abilities (comfort with Excel required; SQL preferred)

CompensationThe location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
