Senior Salesforce Administrator

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a key member of Star Behavioral Health Providers initiative, a national program serving the needs of the military community.  Leveraging Salesforce capabilities, this position will solve transactional and documentation challenges.  This position will configure, design, build, deploy, and maintain the Salesforce CRM.  The security and quality of information sets is paramount.  This position will be the primary point of contact with consultants doing development work and the broader Salesforce community at Purdue.  Responsible for translating user requests into workable requirements and documenting technical specifications with the associated test cases.  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer programming, or related field. 
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience working with Salesforce as an administrator configuring applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience configuring various Salesforce modules including but not limited to case management, campaign management, Flows, profiles, roles, sharing rules, CTI integration and reports. 
• Experience in Agile methodologies and ability to quickly integrate into a Scrum team            
• Demonstrated skills in business analysis 
• Ability to leverage Salesforce capabilities to solve business challenges and drive adoption 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to present information clearly and effectively
• Ability to explain technology issues and work progress to both technical and non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven track record in leading initiatives and managing Salesforce projects
• Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to assess requirements and estimate effort required to develop solutions.
• Proficiency with DataLoader, Salesforce Communities, SOQL and Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports
• Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving capabilities 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision on daily tasks and projects and to coordinate work of others.  
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues. 

Preferred:

• Apex knowledge is a plus
• Salesforce.com Certifications
