The Salesforce Administrator will serve an important role in making sure stakeholders get the most out of the Salesforce platform. The Administrator will be responsible for building dashboards, reports, workflows and providing on and off-site support to the users. You will work with stakeholders from across the organization to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions which requires the development of relationships; therefore, the candidate should expect to work in the office and/or travel regionally to support end users – this is not a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serves as an advocate for user adoption and integration, in addition to training users and automating business processes.
· Monitor and maintain Salesforce with the help of the project manager.
· Manage and maintain Salesforce data, including data imports, data cleaning, and data integrity.
· Understanding/learning the nuances of the heavy-duty truck business and team goals is a must as the administrator will work with the Salesforce project manager to ensure efficiency is achieved and success is monitored by automating complex business process, creating reports and dashboards.
