Summary/objective
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the SupHerb Farms Sales Department in all aspects of day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong service background, attention to detail, high capability with an understanding of technology, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to be part of a team. The position will be working in an exciting fast-paced environment while learning the business functions of both the Industrial and Food Service industries.
Essential functions

- Support ongoing activities and maintain master Sales Files for interdepartmental use
- Generate, track and maintain compliance with customer setup and updates, sample requests, new sales opportunities, price quotes, and contracts utilizing system tools.
- Manage and respond to customer and broker inquiries related to setups, pricing, billbacks, and commissions.
- Maintain pricing in DAX, with external distributors and end users.
- Properly route and file contracts and other official documents (i.e., NDA's, Inventory Returns, Customer Product Information Requests, etc.)
- Maintain suppler upload portals with pricing, customer listings, product listings and images.
- Download Foodservice customer reporting and review for compliance
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional internal team: Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain
- Support Sales with designated activities in current CRM including but not limited to Contact/Customer cleanup, overall data maintenance, assisting Sales as needed with Tool usage, and reporting of Sales opportunities and Wins.

Required education and experience
- Associate degree, preferably in Business or Finance/Accounting
Preferred education and experience

- Three (3) or more years' experience in a customer-centric environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous experience utilizing CRM system.
- Knowledge of Sales Performance Metrics
