Position Summary
The Renewal Support Administrator will respond to renewal requests from internal and external customers, as well as pro-actively provide renewal quotes. Also responsible for checking CRM data integrity and accuracy. Key to this position outcomes are the timely and efficient processing and quote generation of renewals utilizing a CRM system and all necessary applications to track and generate quotes for all renewal opportunities. This position will also perform administrative duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to create and process accurate quotes and orders in a timely manner
- Assimilate information from a variety of resources, analyze information, recommend and implement courses of action to be taken seeking and obtaining appropriate approvals as required
- Maintain accurate data within CRM, regular updating of records
- Ability to run reports and cross check different data sources for accuracy
- Will work with others as a team member across a diverse organizational structure
Qualifications:
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-growth, technological sales environment
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to build a career in technological support sales
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within technological sales environment
- Ability to work on strict and short deadlines, able to set priorities and deal effectively with shifting priorities
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Working knowledge of CRM systems Salesforce "superuser" and metric reporting skills a big plus
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and professional phone skills required
