What you'll be doing:
- Make calls to establish relationships and build your book of business
- Close new and existing customers to move their freight
- Negotiate price with shippers and drivers
- Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure on time pickup and delivery
- Honest and proactive communications – internally and externally
What you need:
- College degree preferred, but no degree required
- Available to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Determination to work harder than anyone
- Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to work with the latest supply chain & logistics technologies
