What you will do at work:
Create treatment plans
Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to help children, teens, adults, and couples address mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges
Coordinate care with other professionals to support better outcomes
Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, including addictive disorders
Provide direct and/or remote therapy to clients in individual and group settings
Develop a course of therapy for treatment in a safe and welcoming atmosphere
Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their challenges
Provide sufficient, accurate, and timely documentation/clinical notes
Provide references to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists
Qualifications Include:
Education: Master's or Doctoral degree·
- Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Independent license is preferred, but it is our pleasure to provide high-quality supervision for those with LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT credentials at no cost. Supporting and encouraging our colleagues in achieving independent licensure is part of our core mission - Arizona needs more brain health professionals!
Clinical experience - two years preferred
