Job Summary
Broner Safety is a family-owned safety distributor since 1933. We are searching for a motivated Sales Representative to have fun growing our Toledo market to maximize sales, market share and account penetration by building relationships and implementing sales strategy. Must have excellent organization and communication skills, ability to analyze data, good business decision and computer skills, and a passion for sales and its benefits. College degree and/or sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop a Sales Territory to maximize sales and profits, customer retention, market-share, and account penetration through the Broner Sales Process focused on Making a Difference to our Customers . This would include building rapport, identifying needs, and providing Broner value based solutions. Responsibilities include creating and implementing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Territory Plan, maintaining supplier and customer relationships, utilizing our database to mine customer information, and more. This position would require building customer relationships via customer site appointments, phone and email along with approximately two days per month at our Auburn Hills MI office.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree or previous sales experience preferred.
