Responsibilities:
- Discovering and Attracting Talent: Utilize various channels to identify and attract talented candidates who are the right fit for our commision-based sales roles, while evaluating their qualifications and potential.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Talent Selection: Identify and secure the most suitable candidates who align with our company values and objectives, fostering a high-performance sales team.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies and initiatives to stay ahead in the competitive market, attracting top sales talent.

Qualifications:
- Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
