We're seeking an Office Assistant to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting their daily operations. If you're a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in administrative tasks, we want to hear from you! This is a temp-to-hire position near Glens Falls, NY.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct job searches for bidding opportunities and procure permits for projects.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and provide assistance as needed.
- Typing and sending proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Data entry tasks using Microsoft Access to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and send material submittals to general contractors and architects.
- Assist with various other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain efficiency in daily operations.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $18-$22/hr.
