ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Act as the sales support person for the Group Event Management System with regards to updates, releases, and trouble shooting.
- Provide professional and legible written support within our ticket system to resolve incidents.
- Keep clients informed on the progress of outstanding tickets.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations and Systems Manager to update pricing and products in Group Event Management System.
- Enters data (i.e. pricing) into a computer using various data entry techniques and keeps data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time.
- Compares and verifies data entered with source documents to detect errors.
- Review product and pricing updates to provide timely and meaningful feedback as part of a quality assurance strategy.
- Work closely with Sales Department to update lane maps and center resources
- Review lane map updates to provide timely and meaningful feedback as part of a quality assurance strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing Department to update promotions and codes in Group Event Management System.
- Review promotion application to provide timely and meaningful feedback as part of a quality assurance strategy.
- Act as the sales audit support person for the Group Event Management system with regards to refunds, transfers, reopening events, and write offs.
- Act as the sales account receivable person for the Group Event Management system with regards to researching balances and aiding in collection.
- Provides general administrative assistance (i.e. scanning, ordering supplies, shipping, receiving).
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of administrative work; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time.
