About the role
The Sales/Operations Project Management Co-op will assist the Operations Management team within the MAS business unit within the Fire & Security division of Carrier at the Costa Mesa, CA location. This group focuses on technology solutions for the alarm monitoring industry.

In this role, you will gain experience to include, but is not limited to activities and tasks listed below:
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the collection, analysis, and communication of customer requirements for product development including functional specifications and customer needs.
Understand and assist with plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Analyze customer surveys to drive customer experience and KPI improvements.
Simultaneously support coordination of product developments and priorities with Sales and Engineering to support business growth goals.
Work with the engineering and product teams to offer general support for engineering development projects.
Support the Sales team with training and strategy to ensure product sales match annual product revenue goals.
Assist MAS billing team to ensure that all revenue related documents (contracts) are accurate and ready to be processed for invoicing.
Review of contracts and proposals prior to closure to make sure they are consistent, accurate and can be processed without delay, which improves revenue recognition.
Assist with the MAS sales, ordering and backlog for accurate revenue forecasting.
Conduct Outbound Calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Respond to inbound inquiries and leads through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
Educating customers about product features, specifications, and benefits.
Negotiating and closing sales deals over the phone or through online platforms.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customers interactions in Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Marketing.
3.0 or higher GPA
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment, including a willingness to seek and offer help.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Pay Range:
$41,000 - $96,450 Annually
