Tax Brilliance is a Growing Tax Strategy and Tax Services Firm, is seeking an EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONAL to engage with our leads, opportunities and potential clients to educate them on the need for our tax planning and advisory services.

The ideal candidate for this position must be professional, patient , have a knack for understanding how individual and business finances work as well as have compassion for helping others understand the necessity of a service that will relieve one of their biggest pains: the over payment of tax and lack of proper business guidance.

The ideal candidate will love the idea of dressing like a professional daily and working in a business atmosphere. You must be well disciplined and a driver as the only competition you will have is the competition of out doing your last highest targets and goals.

Your work day will consist of gathering with the team to check in on how your clients are doing. From there, you will follow up on your outstanding engagement agreements as well as call your prospects, hold consultative meetings and sign clients up for services.

You will be responsible from initial conversation to completion of contracts. You will enjoy going out to networking meetings or jumping on zoom meetings to talk with potential clients.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Prior sales training: Grant Cardone, Sandler Sales System, Dan Lok High Ticket etc

Must have three years experience as a sales person

Professional demeanor

Ability to work office hours and also attend after hour events when needed

Excellent communication skills are REQUIRED.

Must be able to use Microsoft office, excel, word and power point.

Excellent note taker and ability to use a CRM

High follow up and follow through.

High Level of Integrity

Prior experience as an athlete , competitive sports or team member (Good, not necessary)

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Proven business and Sales Development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Suite.
  • The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided on the call.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently. While achieving production goals from the assigned set of accounts.
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Strong professional communication - written, verbal, presentation.
  • Drive, grit, team-oriented: strong desire to compete and win.
  • Ability to be self-reliant, innovative, adaptable, and decisive.
  • Value detail and results-oriented outlooks.
  • Must have energy, drive, commitment to success, and passion.
  • High caliber to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Contribute fully to the team effort and play an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.
  • Be comfortable selling in a hybrid-selling environment, where both direct and indirect approaches are used.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Good over the Phone/Zoom
  • Experience with B to B Sales (3+ years)
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-Directed
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Open to learning new processes in sales
  • Open to growing rapidly
  • Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Business Consultant Manager

Compensation:

$2700/mo + any commission obtained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 per month
