We’re looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives to drive new business sales to the next level within our organization. This is a high-visibility, high-impact, client-facing role, responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals and building upon our already robust pipeline to match prospective clients with services that will best match their goals and drive results. Position Overview:
Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are strategic thinkers who are capable of translating complex business goals into creative plans that fit each client’s unique needs. They can see projects from every angle, from creating and selling through our strategy and implementation plan to scoping and appropriately pricing proposals.
At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Research and analyze target industries, companies, and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies and messaging.
- Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Nuvolum's solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transition throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately document lead interactions, track progress, and maintain updated prospect information.
- Continuously learn about Nuvolum's products, services, and industry trends to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and in-person.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and quotas in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
