Job Summary

Are you looking for more earning potential? We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for developing customer relationships to join our Sales Development Team. Your primary responsibility and goal will be to transfer qualified customers to our Asset Protection Sales Department. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining lead-generation strategies consistent with the company's core values of integrity, honesty, respect, transparency, and excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Successfully handling an average of 150 outbound calls per day.
• Proficient in driving awareness of products to new prospects and generating leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
• Proficient with navigating through multiple CRM systems simultaneously.
• Enter all customer-related data into the CRM system in real-time daily.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
