Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development, Events & Marketing Coordinator. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships within the community, engaging events, and innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic Business Development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including local businesses, organizations, and influencers.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, including open houses, and community outreach programs.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media content, website, and email to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in Business Development, event planning, and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies.
