As a Surface Experts Sales and Business Development Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in construction, property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups

- Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning trust with our Customers
- Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
- Reporting accurately and weekly sales activity metrics
- Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Sales experience; specifically, outside Sales and B-to-B sales
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- At least 5 years of experience and clean driving record
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
- General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
- Experience using CRM tool and process
