Reporting to the Sales Operations & Intelligent Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the lead on Market Intelligence and competitive analysis.
What you will be doing:

• Serve as the Tableau expert for the Sales Operations Department, building various tableau dashboards with a focus on current & historical sales tempo, historical retail and wholesales by month, monthly lease and finance payments by segment, customer facing transaction pricing by segment, and other dashboards as required to support the business.
• Develop and distribute reporting for Regional Performance Managers on a monthly basis.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape. Work directly with Product Planning in defining market basket for competitors for each JLR model.
• Monitor and analyze the premium automotive market. Understand premium OEM sales programs and provide updates to management on month-to-month enhancements on vehicles in the competitive segments.
• Coordinate meetings and activities with key partners including JD Power & S&P Global.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on JD Power PIN data (competitive data and transaction prices).
• Work across functions, including Field Operations, Product Planning, Marketing, Financial Services and Finance.
• Perform other duties as required.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Analytical background and experience preferred
• Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and network;
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau or other modeling tools

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management;

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Recruitment Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position".
