Ansell is looking for a Data Integrity & Analytics Summer Intern to join our team! Our Summer Internship Program will run on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Iselin, NJ Corporate office from June through August.
The Intern will assist with a variety of tasks that support the Sales Enablement and Analytics team such as customer master data clean up and maintenance, basic data analysis, process documentation, chargeback/rebate processing and/or contract loading and maintenance.
The position will entail developing internal and external partnerships, performing root cause analysis, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies and implementing updates in a timely manner.
The candidate will need to understand the impact on processes across multiple departments.

What your internship role will be?
The candidate must possess analytical and communication skills as they will be required to discuss data and information with a broad range of associates. They will participate in a large volume of activities with a very high degree of accuracy. This individual upon departure of this role will be able to showcase strong analytical and communication skills, business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Update customer master files, including processing of GPO and system membership within MDM systems
- Review and evaluate of rebate errors, as well as determining appropriate action for resolution.
- Review existing discounts assuring that customer specific discounts and contracts are established correctly and maintained
- Work with sales, customers, customer service and support to resolve pricing questions
- Perform all other related duties as required

- Proven analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to partner with other team members
- Data manipulation & database experience is a plus
