We are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our select team that is vigorously leading the way in the Beauty/Fragrance industry.
The Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up new customer accounts on internal software systems
- Running reports and providing analysis in Excel including v-look up
- Assist in preparation for client meetings
- Assist in follow up post-client meetings
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Reception, answering all incoming calls, greeting visitors, taking messages as needed
- Sorting and distributing all incoming mail
- Processing payments for walk in customer pick ups
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
Must be proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Teams
Competencies include:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational skills
- Flexibility
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and drive projects forward in a timely manner
This is a Full-Time, in-office position. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
