Sales Administrative Assistant & General Manager Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Armada Design and Build is seeking an energetic self-starter to assist the General Manager with day-to-day tasks and co-manage the sales cycle. We are a growing company and looking for All-Star team members to add to our company to make our clients experience second to none.

Sales Admin responsibilities may include:

· Communicate with prospective clients via phone, walk-in and email to qualify them as possible ‘Leads’.

· Schedule initial appointments/meetings with Leads in their home for Project Consultants.

· Enter client info and track in CRM system.

· Follow-up with Lead

· Follow-up in Buildertrend that PC’s enter Lead/Sales Activity and keep it up to date with actions taken and next steps/Action Items.

· Create and maintain spreadsheet/data base as to client/lead/sales activity.

· Act as Client Ambassador and Advocate to promote company and our services.

General Manager Assistant responsibilities may include:

· Common goal to achieve company goals and improve processes

· Email management

· Work with GM to manage schedule for meetings and dedicated office time.

· Spend time weekly reviewing all internal/company projects/initiatives in process. Track and follow-up with delegates.

· Write meeting agendas for all Meetings GM is leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
