Express Employment Professional are excited to hire an HR and Safety Coordinator for a full time/permanent position in Tremonton, UT! This candidate will be responsible for the assistant and facilitation of policies and procedures in accordance with human resources and safety directives.

HR and Safety Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Comply with applicable good manufacturing safety, and quality assurance practices
• Keep proper documentation
• Administration and monitoring of staff performance results
• Advise employees on various safety topics and tasks
• Conduct annual equipment inspections
• Stock and keep detailed inventory of first aid supplies and safety equipment
• Review existing policies and procedures to be sure to remain compliant and accurate
• Travel offsite to project job sites and inspect safety of employees and job
• Conduct safety audits and safety orientation for new employees
• Track and record OSHA injury logs and worker’s comp insurance claims
• Other duties as assigned

HR and Safety Coordinator Requirements:

• Previous Safety and HR experience required
• Must have a clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug screen and a background check
• OSHA courses preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
• Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment
• Positive motivated attitude

Schedule, pay and benefits:

• Monday – Fridays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Start time and end time may be flexed)
• $18-$22/hour (Depending on experience)
