The Ultradent HR team and Director of HR Service Delivery and Administration is looking for an HR Department Coordinator. We are of the opinion that face-to-face matters and need someone who is mostly onsite at our South Jordan, UT headquarters location for this role.
What you would do day-to-day:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents.
- Support the CHRO with scheduling and a variety of tasks as needed.
- Direct more complex employee questions about human resources policies or offerings to the right HR expert on the team but may need to assist employees with basic requests.
- May support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews (both virtual and in-person) with hiring managers.
- Sits at "front" desk of the HR area ready to greet visitors in a friendly manner, when applicable
- May assist with presentations and reports related to people and the team handling sensitive and confidential information at times.
- Will assist with recruitment with new hire training and onboarding, including helping to process and monitor background checks and drug tests through a third-party system, knowing when to escalate more serious results.
- Will verify work authorization forms and input data into a system specifically used for this purpose (Equifax).
- Help support the company's Events Coordinator by hanging signs, banners, and providing general assistance when getting ready for big events (we typically do the zoo every summer) or even smaller events like popcorn Wednesdays.
