As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth, development, and well-being of our employees. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human resources, fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, provide guidance on benefits-related inquiries, and assist in the development of benefits communication strategies.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities. Support the implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- HR Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics. Support management in making informed decisions based on HR data.
- Employee Well-being: Implement initiatives to promote employee well-being, including wellness programs and initiatives that contribute to a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
