About This Role:
The Payroll/HR Coordinator is responsible for identifying and assisting in any payroll related issues while adhering to the company policies and objectives. The Payroll HR coordinator will assist with payroll submission each pay cycle, recruitment, and onboarding process and provide a positive work experience for potential candidates, new hires, and employees. Success in this role entails ensuring harmony and coordination between the different HR functions within the organization. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing professional working relationship, orginzing payroll needs, and effective at scheduling throughout the recruitment process. This is a full time, in office position located in Lehi, Utah.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute multi-state payroll processing through ADP software semi-monthly
  • Input changes related to payroll benefit deductions and contributions
  • Conduct regular auditing and reconciliation regarding payroll and within the HRIS
  • Support employees with timecards and ad hoc pay to ensure timely payroll submission
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure that all the information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records with confidentiality
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting positions, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive hiring experience
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Coordinate on-site training sessions when needed
  • Assist with orientation for new hires
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Highschool diploma required
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business tools
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize

Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ Years of experience in Human Resources
  • SHRM certified

Working Conditions:
  • Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer
