- Manage day to day facilities function for corporate office
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety/loss control issues and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute office moves, relocations, and renovations while minimizing disruptions to operations.
- Manage space planning and allocation, analyzing space requirements and implementing strategies for optimal utilization of office space.
- Review leases and contracts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Coordinates cost allocation of all premiums, claim payments, claim handling fees, legal fees, third party administration fees, and premium audits
- Ensures timely receipt of insurance binders and performs policy reviews
- Coordinate bond placement and renewals, certificates of insurance, and automobile identification cards
- Assists in the design, development, and implementation of risk management programs and coordinates, and maintains the program and systems to mitigate and monitor risk as well as the cost of risk.
