Warehouse & Fleet Systems Manager

YMS is a terminal tractor and equipment logistics solutions company that sells, services and rents terminal tractors and forklifts. While based primarily in Pearland, Texas, YMS has locations in Pearland, Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio.

Pre-go-live, this individual will be responsible for large volume data entry and creation of technical documents & training. Post-go-live, candidate will be responsible for systems administration and management; as well as ad hoc projects as assigned.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

· Enter newly acquired documents into the organization’s databases.

· Enter data in various portals for the purpose of recording and tracking activities.

· Manage and update all information across systems, with a focus on inventory management and fleet management.

· Perform clerical work including typing, data entry, reviewing, printing, copying, obtaining approvals/signatures, and expediting required documents.

· Participate in data management and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy of the data collected.

· Identifies and troubleshoots potential data entry-related problems; Communicate work issues to the department managers.

· Responsible for all project documents and data extraction requests as needed.

· Implements data collection forms and instruments and reports for data monitoring purposes.

· Create and manage picture database of all inventory and fleet equipment.

· Responsible for ensuring all required specs of inventory and fleet equipment are obtained, updated and managed on a regular basis.

· Complete projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of data entry and systems administration experience.

· High School Diploma or GED

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

· Data Entry & 10-Key

· Good interpersonal and organizational communication skills

· Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

· Ability to adapt to changes quickly

· Must be able to lift at least 25lbs and able to sit for long periods of time.

· Bi-Lingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
