Minimum education high school graduate/GED
Ability to Maintain attractive fit & image and capacity to consistently uphold professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, capable of both independent work and effective team collaboration
Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
A customer-oriented attitude
Able to commute to the assigned market area.
Valid driver’s license.
Bilingual, English/Spanish highly desirable.
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Build long-term relationships with key clients
Address customer concerns and complaints
Engage with Clients to understand their energy needs, consumption patterns, and sustainability goals.
