Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and related events from start to finish - Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day - Assist clients in selecting and booking venues, vendors, and services - Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding - Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and guest services - Oversee the setup and breakdown of the wedding ceremony and reception - Manage budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated funds - Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for clients and guests - Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction - Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices and terms - Knowledge of guest services best practices to provide a seamless experience for attendees - Understanding of market trends in the wedding industry to offer innovative ideas and suggestions - Familiarity with hotel, restaurant, or events management to coordinate venue logistics - Upselling skills to recommend additional services or upgrades to clients Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
