Position Summary
The Retail Operations Manager will support the overall growth and success of the retail channel with a focus on operational excellence, communications, new store openings and compliance. You champion constant improvement through problem solving and decision making to deliver the best experience for our customers and retail teams. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to compile and publish weekly communication and manage store workload calendar.
- Maintain a full understanding of all retail processes and technology and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Create and refine operational processes and policies and training materials to ensure compliance, drive efficiency and support the field teams.
- Oversee repair and maintenance for stores, including budget tracking and management.
- Manage store supplies, including budget tracking and management, sourcing, and vender procurement/management.
- Oversee new store opening timelines, partnering with the Director of Retail and cross-functionally to ensure successful store openings.
- Partner with Demand Planning and Inventory Control to manage all inventory management initiatives, including replenishment, inventory movements, cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Develop and streamline process for collecting and actioning store team feedback around processes, product and customer experience.
- Manage in-store event coordination and execution.
- Develop payroll reporting and analysis to drive optimal scheduling and ensure payroll targets are met.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years corporate Retail Operations experience
- Retail store management experience preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
