Sales Operations Manager

Westpak is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the client service team. This role calls for an individual with strong initiative, the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks. An effective Sales Operations Manager is tech savvy, and has excellent communication skills, along with distinctive organizational, collaboration, and client service skills. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Operations Manager is fully accountable for the daily functions of the client service team which oversees Westpak quote generation. As a successful people manager, you will leverage your experience to drive department metrics and milestones while managing a team and supporting its output. Collaborating among all Westpak’s departments to create the best customer experience is key within this role. We work hard while having fun at Westpak. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned as needed)

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of Westpak's client service team to ensure sales targets are met monthly.
  • Lead various meetings and committees to identify priority actions and other assignments as needed.
  • Accountable for analyzing and interpreting data to create monthly reports on performance and trends.
  • Will lead the efforts and enhance/develop current processes to partner with production to increase throughput.
  • Consistently drive efficiencies to improve upon our processes and results as we continue to scale our business.
  • Be the change agent, this is a chance to leverage your experience and skill set to assess and implement improvements.
  • Ensure the team is utilizing our CRM (Salesforce) and internal tools properly to align with their individual goals.
  • Lead collaboration among all departments to convert orders to revenue.
  • Ensure the team adheres to all standard procedures or processes regarding quote proposal writing.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management, and hiring of the employees within its department.
  • Carries out managerial responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and follows company policy. Ensures compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations. Consult with the Human Resources Department as appropriate.
  • Mentors and develops the team to align personal goals with larger professional growth and development opportunities within Westpak.
  • Ensures a detailed training plan is developed for the team at various stages of their roles. Drives compliance to ensure training is up-to-date, completed, and efficient.

Requirements for Eligibility

  • B.S. Degree in, Business or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must have three to five (3-5) years of experience in a people management role with proven success.
  • Previous experience in Sales with an emphasis on service.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software is preferred.
  • Strong analytic ability to read data, create reports, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing and driving a sales team to achieve target metrics.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer literacy.

Currently anticipated salary range- $ 115-130k annual base with bonus incentive earning capabilities.
