- Lead planning and implementation of a large number of complex, and cross-functional Real Estate initiatives and business solutions. An Operational expert in the Real Estate field. You will successfully implement worldwide operational systems process, policies and strategies. You will activate cross-functional partners through engagement when launching new processes, and work streams - Inspire the team to implement global operational excellence whilst adopting new business intelligence tools and efficient processes. This includes implementing standardized processes to meet compliance and management needs - Develop and maintain strong relationships for key partner teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and initiatives; influencing through your deep understanding of Apple Real Estate business and practices. - Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
