Restaurant Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in restaurant management.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
