SalaryWith this position we are looking for the ideal candidate that can provide professional, prompt, financial service to all members and potential members in a face to face branch setting. Banking experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual preferred.

As a Personal Banker you will:
- Assists with member financial transactions.
- Assists in meeting and exceeding individual, team and credit union goals.
- Provide top notch customer service to members.
- Ensure a high focus on determining members’ needs
- Cross-selling appropriate services and building and enhancing member relationships.
- Opens new member accounts; including CDs, Money Market, Savings etc.,
- Understands and applies savings and lending policies and procedures
Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Two or more years’ experience in a financial institution or retail sales position required.
- Four year degree may substitute for experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of sales and service techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good problem resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
